1. Our Role

TrueDetailers is a lead generation and referral platform that connects customers with independent car detailing businesses (“Partners”). We are not a detailing company and do not directly perform any detailing services. All services are provided by independent Partner businesses.

2. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our Site is free and non-binding. A quote request does not constitute a booking or a contract. Actual service terms, pricing, and scheduling are agreed between you and the matched Partner directly.

3. Partner Network

While we vet our Partners before onboarding them, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any service performed by a Partner. Any disputes regarding a completed service should be raised with the Partner directly. We will assist in dispute resolution where possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueDetailers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any service performed by a Partner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TrueDetailers LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
